An Electrical Underground Foreman at Fountain Electric leads underground installation crews in the field, acting as both a working foreman and a safety-focused team leader. This position involves reading drawings and survey data, installing underground conduit, duct banks, and pole bases, managing material flow, and operating excavation and pulling equipment such as excavators and tuggers. Foremen coordinate manpower, ensure NEC compliance, and supervise wire pulling operations up to #750 MCM while maintaining strict safety and productivity standards. The job requires a strong understanding of underground commercial and industrial systems, a proven ability to guide field crews, and confidence working in soil conditions, grades, and complex trenching environments.
