WIREMAN
A Commercial Wireman at Fountain Electric, LLC is responsible for performing skilled electrical installation and maintenance work on commercial and industrial projects. This role involves reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and construction plans, installing and bending conduit (EMT, rigid, and PVC), pulling and terminating wires, setting fixtures and devices, and ensuring all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. The position also includes troubleshooting systems, installing transformers, and applying knowledge of lighting controls and grounding. Beyond hands-on installation, the wireman helps maintain a safe and efficient job site, mentors apprentices, and collaborates closely with other electricians and foremen to deliver high-quality results that reflect Fountain Services’ commitment to craftsmanship and integrity.
